Add Client Details

Enter your client's name and contact information. You can save frequent clients to quickly select them for future invoices.

For returning clients, simply select them from your saved list and their information will auto-fill.

Create Invoice Items

Add line items for products or services provided. For each item, include:

• Description of work/product
• Quantity
• Unit price
• Tax rate (if applicable)

The invoice automatically calculates subtotals, taxes, and the final amount due.

Set Invoice Details

Customize your invoice with:

• Invoice number (automatically generated but customizable)
• Issue date and due date
• Payment terms and methods
• Notes or additional information

Download or Send

Once your invoice looks perfect in the preview:

• Download as PDF: Professional format you can print or attach to emails
• Print directly: Bypass the PDF and send straight to your printer
• Email invoice: Send directly to your client from our system

All options maintain the professional formatting of your invoice.
